Components

Gas storage:

Gas Storage is achieved with a single layer high strength gas membrane. The flexible material allows for additional storage without the need for additional equipment therefore improving efficiency and reducing gas loss.

Paddle Mixing:

Large paddle mixers ensures the optimal mixing of the digester contents. The mixers are designed to optimist the mixing of the digestate and the feed stock to ensure efficient digestion and biogas production.

Pumps:

The pumps installed to transfer digestate between digesters and to the end storage have a proven track record of reliability. The robust units ensure the continuous  process of feed stock feeding and digestate transfer continuous without issue over varying dry mater content. 


Heating System:

The wall mounted heating system ensures uniformed heating throughout the digesters. Heating inside the digester eliminates the need for  external heat exchanges and reduces heat loss. The combination of the paddle mixing and internal heating system ensures maximum digestion of feed stock therefore optimising biogas yields.
